The only reason that Braig wasn't losing his license is because Mog also arranged for a lights-and-sirens escort because everyone knew that there was no way Braig wasn't going to get there as fast as legitimately possible. (Dilan was not going to be surprised if he woke up with white hair, between Braig's driving and the shot.)
"POWER OF ATTOURNEY!" Dilan bellowed as he bulled his way into the hospital, "AYA BREA. I'M HERE. NO PAINKILLERS UNTIL I'VE VERIFIED." He got to be PoA simply because he was louder and more medically inclined than Braig. Also less likely to punch someone.
